Sunrise Clubbers

Hi Everyone,

Our next Sunrise Clubbers will be Saturday 22nd August!

For anyone new here, Sunrise Clubbers is a community gathering I host early in the morning by the sea.
It’s a chance to move, breathe, connect, and start the day feeling good, surrounded by like-minded people.

We usually begin with an energising vinyasa yoga flow, followed by an optional dip in the sea, and time to chat, laugh, and meet new people.
No experience is needed at all - just an open mind, a warm layer, and a willingness to show up.

It’s not about being good at yoga, it’s about community, connection, and doing something positive for yourself before the day begins.e.
